Operations Officer - 57480

As an Operations Officer, you will join the Small Business Banking Account Review (SSBAR) team, a centralized group dedicated to streamlining the review of new business accounts and non-personal terms across Canada. This back-office role is critical in ensuring that all new accounts and maintenance changes are compliant with strict regulatory and internal policies. You will act as a guardian of accuracy, ensuring AML (Anti-Money Laundering), KYC (Know Your Customer), and KYB (Know Your Business) information is perfectly captured to mitigate risk for the institution.

Location: Mississauga, Ontario (Tahoe Boulevard)
Work Model: Hybrid (4 days onsite) Training: 100% Onsite
Duration: 1-Year Contract (Potential for Extension/Conversion)
Schedule: Monday – Friday (Shifts between 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM)
