As an Operations Officer II, you will provide high-level administrative and operational support to internal stakeholders, ensuring insurance-related documents and requests are processed accurately and efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Sort, count, scan, and upload incoming mail into internal systems
- Process return mail and learn associated internal systems and procedures
- Handle customer requests received via mail and fax
- Post cheque payments and resolve premium billing issues or errors
- Process daily reversals and rejects from Banking transactions
- Assist with claim-related issues and complete cancellation requests
- Perform filing and other administrative duties as required
- Participate in daily team huddles and monthly team meetings
