Job Summary:
The Operations Officer provides operational support and processing activities within the Operations & Technology team. This role focuses on executing transactions, supporting operational workflows, and maintaining service level goals while ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal policies. The position works closely with internal teams and stakeholders to support operational efficiency, manage processing activities, and contribute to improving the overall customer experience and operational effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide operational processing and support for transactions and activities within the functional operations team.
  • Create letters and communications to be sent to clients and ensure documentation accuracy.
