Endpoint Operations Specialist The Endpoint Operations Specialist is a 2nd-level operational role responsible for the stable, secure, and efficient operation of the endpoint management platforms, with primary focus on Microsoft Intune and Microsoft Configuration Manager (SCCM). The role ensures consistent deployment, configuration, packaging, and lifecycle maintenance across the device fleet at scale, following agreed processes and governance. Operate and maintain Microsoft Intune and SCCM configurations according to standards defined by Solution Specialists.
