Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Employee Engagement & Workplace Experience Manager to lead site-level initiatives that enhance employee experience, drive engagement, and support Return-to-Office (RTO) strategies. This role will play a critical part in shaping workplace culture, increasing retention, and optimizing hybrid work models through data-driven programs, communications, and on-site experiences.
The ideal candidate brings a blend of program management, change management, communications, and analytics expertise, with a strong ability to influence stakeholders and deliver measurable outcomes.
