SUMMARY

Reporting to the Branch Supervisor, the Operations Supervisor is responsible for the daily operation of the warehouse and warehouse staff in the areas of order picking, shipping, load planning, receiving, warehouse optimization, and workplace safety.

WAREHOUSE OPERATIONS

• Maintain an efficient and safe warehouse while meeting customer service levels and achieving inventory integrity.
• Plan and oversee the flow of products, inbound and out, to ensure cost‑effective movement while meeting customer expectations and company standards.
• Ensure order picking and shipping levels are sufficient, and inventory discrepancies are at a minimum for customers to receive complete orders, in perfect condition, with on‑time deliveries.
