Oracle Fusion Functional Lead (Benefits & Compensation)

Job Description
Insight Global is seeking an Oracle Fusion Functional Lead to own the Benefits & Compensation module and lead functional design and delivery for Oracle HCM Cloud. This role owns end‑to‑end Benefits and Compensation configuration, testing, and go‑live support, partnering closely with HR, Rewards, Payroll, Finance, and technical teams while adhering to Oracle SaaS best practices.

Job Responsibilities
 - Lead functional design workshops and document Oracle fit/gap decisions
 - Configure Oracle Benefits and Compensation (programs, plans, eligibility, rates, salary structures, grade ladders)
 - Ensure integration with Core HR, Payroll, and Absence
 - Support data migration, HDL templates, and functional integration validation
 - Create and execute functional testing (Unit, SIT, UAT) and support UAT defect resolution
 - Support open enrollment, merit cycles, cutover, go‑live, and hypercare
