Skills Required – Oracle Fusion QA Tester (HCM Focus) Specialized Fusion Testing
Test end‑to‑end business processes within and across Oracle Fusion modules such as:
Hire‑to‑Retire
Core HRMS
Absence
Compensation
Recruitment & Onboarding
Validate reports and analytics built using OTBI
Knowledge of customizations including:
Conversions, Extensions, Personalization, Sandbox, Redwood
Workflows, Roles, DFF, EFF
HCM Extracts, Fast Formulas
Lookups, User Defined Tables, Profile Options
Custom Messages, BIP Reports, OTBI Reports, Dashboards
Test inbound and outbound integrations with systems such as EDI, SOAP/REST APIs, PL/SQL
Experience Requirements
5+ years proven experience as a QA Tester with strong focus on Oracle Fusion Applications
Hands‑on experience with HCM – Core HRMS, Absences, Compensation, Recruiting, Onboarding
