Administrative Assistant – Procurement
Responsibilities
- Create purchase orders and manage all documentation from request to delivery.
- Coordinate with end users, suppliers, and internal departments on PO billing and delivery status.
- Maintain and update supplier registration and monitoring systems.
- Act as liaison for procurement documentation review, shipping letters, and customs releases.
- Assist the CSC Director with administrative tasks such as invoice entry, meeting scheduling, and signature coordination.
