A Snapshot of Your Day

As Order Manager you will be responsible for spares parts orders that have a significant impact on the CP business in Latin America.

After receiving a handover, you will oversee place internal order, execution and follow-up of spare parts orders, ensuring compliance with contractual commitments. Having closer communication with stakeholders (sales, finance, logistics) to ensure a successful delivery.

• Create orders in SAP.
• Maintain closer communication with factories related to CP.
• Actively participate in the optimization of processes with stakeholders.
• Contribute to improving on-time delivery.
• Support the development and implementation of a digitalization strategy and AI initiatives.
