Orders Management Coordinator (LATAM, Remote)

vHive is expanding in Latam and is looking for an Orders Management Coordinator. You will be responsible for growing the vHive business in Latam within the telecom vertical.
The PO Operations Coordinator owns the end-to-end purchase order lifecycle across our North America accounts, submitting and tracking thousands of POs per month in SAP Ariba and reporting status weekly to Account Managers and the Sales Director. This is a high-volume, detail-driven role for someone who thrives on structure, follow-through, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks.
Key Responsibilities
PO Submission Submit Purchase Order requests with complete and accurate data, supporting documents, cost codes, and site identifiers on every submission.
PO Tracking and Follow-Up Monitor every active PO daily through approval, cancellation, change request, or rejection. Proactively follow up with the account manager to drive stalled POs to closure. Manage thousands of POs per month in parallel...
