OTC Process Lead

Job Overview

We are looking for an OTC Process Lead with expertise in billing, collections and cash applications to support all terminals in the region, maintain relationships with government institutions, ensure SOP compliance, resolve operational issues and contribute to Kaizen initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Support all terminals in the region with OTC processes
• Maintain strong relationships with government institutions
• Ensure compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
• Resolve issues efficiently to maintain operational flow
• Actively contribute to process improvements through Kaizen initiatives

Qualifications

• Academic background: Bachelor’s in Finance, Accounting, Administration or Economics
• 5+ years of relevant experience
• Advanced MS Office skills; Intermediate ERP experience
