About the role: In this role, some of your responsibilities will include Stakeholder Capacity Building Partner with BRTEs to observe classrooms, co-facilitate teacher debriefs, and strengthen instructional coaching practices. Support BEOs in leading monthly academic review meetings and setting block-level academic goals. Facilitate peer-learning workshops and build a cadre of Teacher Champions within the block. Observing lessons delivered by teachers and facilitating 1-1 debrief conversations to build reflective practice. Work with HMs to integrate student-level data into school improvement planning. Impact Measurement Conduct baseline, midline, and endline assessments of student learning. Maintain school-level dashboards to monitor progress in literacy and numeracy. Track teacher competency using observation rubrics and co-analyse results with BRTEs for action planning.
