6-Month Contract with a Local Authority Summary This role is designed to deliver a comprehensive, efficient, and customer-focused service across Benefits and Housing Needs. The position supports residents with financial assistance, housing advice, and homelessness prevention. It ensures accurate assessments, compliance with legislation, and effective support for vulnerable households while protecting public funds and promoting sustainable housing outcomes. The postholder will also contribute to service development, partnership working, and continuous improvement initiatives.
