Outside Parts & Service Representative - Agriculture (Ponoka)

Overview

Brandt is currently seeking an Outside Parts & Service Representative for our Ponoka Agriculture (John Deere) farm. This outside sales position promotes and sells agricultural parts and service, and provides after‑sales support to new and existing customers.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers to increase sales and customer satisfaction.
• Assist the Parts & Service departments to increase profitability and performance.
• Regularly prospect and cold call new accounts to discuss new promotions and programs.
• Implement yearly territory plans, including a customer target list, to maximize sales potential.
• Visit customers in the Area of Responsibility (AOR); a minimum of one visit per month.
• Keep customers current on new products and services.
• Develop prospective customers with a goal of two per month.
