Outside Sales Representative (Brandon)

TruGreen Metal is a mobile scrap metal recycling company operating across Saskatchewan, Alberta, Western Manitoba and Northern BC.

The Opportunity

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced outside sales professional to join our team as a Steel Buyer. This full‑time position is based in Brandon, Manitoba and requires travel throughout the province, particularly the Parkland Region.

Key Responsibilities

• Source, purchase and manage ferrous scrap materials to support our mobile scrap business.
• Build solid customer relationships, negotiate competitive pricing, and maintain a consistent, cost‑effective flow of steel scrap.
• Collaborate closely with operations, logistics and sales to balance volume, quality and margin.
• Plan and execute a productive daily schedule – minimum five customer visits per day.
