Elevate user experience as a Support Analyst at Brightshores in Owen Sound, Ontario. Provide first-contact IT problem solving while ensuring seamless system operations for various sites.
This part-time role reports to the Manager within the Information Technology department. You will play a crucial part in supporting the GBIN network, monitoring WAN/LAN performance, and managing user access control.
