Drive your career forward with Winalta Transport as a Class 1 Owner Operator in Acheson, Alberta. This role requires an experienced off-road driver with a Severe Duty tractor to support our hauling solutions.
Winalta Transport has over 36 years of proven expertise in the Construction, Plant, and Oilfield industries. We are looking for a self-motivated individual who possesses a positive CAN-DO attitude and prioritizes safety. To succeed, you will require both off-road and logging experience, and a Class 1A Driver’s License, with at least 2 years of flat or step decking experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Operate a Severe Duty tractor efficiently for various hauls
• Manage inventory control and offloading of pipe at rail spur
• Ensure safe transportation of construction/plant equipment
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean driver’s abstract
• Navigate regional routes throughout Western Canada
