Role Overview
We’re hiring a Paid Ads Manager with direct experience in HVAC and home-services industries to manage and optimize performance-driven paid media campaigns. This is a hands-on, individual contributor role focused on execution, optimization, and measurable results—not people management.
This role is built for someone who understands HVAC, plumbing, electrical, roofing, cleaning, junk removal, or similar service-based businesses , including seasonality, service-area targeting, lead quality, call tracking, and Google Local Services Ads (LSA). Candidates without real-world home-services paid media experience will not be considered.
