This Paralegal 1 supports a growing defensive litigation practice, assisting multiple attorneys with a wide array of litigation matters. The Paralegal 1 will play a key role in handling subpoenas, bankruptcy proceedings, garnishments, and personal injury and medical malpractice litigation.
As a Paralegal 1, a successful candidate will be a self-starter who can effectively manage a diverse caseload and thrive in a collaborative team environment. The role requires sound judgment in setting work priorities and approaches, with guidance often provided by precedent or established procedures and standards.
A successful Candidate would also:
+ Demonstrate effective interpersonal, collaboration, and communication skills.
+ Showcase and demonstrate strong organizational skills, flexibility, and adaptability to manage multiple tasks within designated timeframes and adjust priorities in a fast-paced environment.
