Concord Parking is searching for an energetic, highly organized Parking Enforcement Officer to join our parking enforcement team in Kelowna.

Parking enforcement officers are mobile LPR patrollers responsible for enforcing parking regulations in designated areas, monitoring and responding to violations, issuing detailed and accurate citations while maintaining a courteous and professional relationship with customers and vendors.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide parking enforcement for client sites based on permits, time restrictions, and parking accuracy.
• Investigate complaints, assess violations, determine remedial actions, and enforce parking with impartiality, sound judgment, and discretion.
• Monitor sites, record, and prepare accurate and detailed activity and incident reports.
