Part-Time Academic (ITAL 1000.03: Italian for Beginners, Part 1) – Section 1 - Fall 2026

A part-time academic is required to teach ITAL Italian for Beginners I (Section 1) – Fall Term 2026 (September 1, 2026 – December 31, 2026). Currently Scheduled: MW 13:05 – 14:25. 

Introduction to the basic structures of Italian, combined with practical vocabulary for oral and written communication. This course aims to develop all language skills (listening, speaking, reading, writing), by integrating grammar study, oral and written exercises, and situational contexts. The course also includes an introduction to Italian culture.

The part-time academic will be responsible for all aspects of teaching and administering the class, including admission, lectures, test preparation, evaluation, and electronic submission of grades.
