**POSITION SUMMARY**

Serve as customers’ point of contact, including handling customer changes and requests. Make reservations for guests, conduct reservation follow-ups, arrange transportation, and assign special rooms and dinners. Prepare in-house envelops, check-out slips, airfare reimbursement slips for arriving or departing guest, as well as other reimbursements.
