Lead efforts in HIV management as a Family Physician in a part-time capacity. Focus on quality improvement, education, and collaboration across primary care networks in Manitoba.
Reporting to the Director of the Manitoba HIV Program, you will be responsible for enhancing the skills of primary care providers engaged in HIV care. This role includes designing educational initiatives and improving clinical protocols, all while offering a flexible work schedule that can accommodate remote and hybrid arrangements.
Key Responsibilities:
• Drive leadership in HIV and primary care education
• Provide consultation and support to healthcare staff
• Implement quality improvement initiatives
• Facilitate effective communication among clinic teams
Requirements:
• Family physician licensed in Manitoba with HIV interest
• Minimum two years of primary care experience
• HIV/STBBI and addiction care training required
