Part-Time Forensic Psychologist in Nova Scotia

This permanent part-time role involves working 15 hours bi-weekly in the Central Zone of Nova Scotia. As a clinical psychologist with a PhD, you will deliver evidence-based treatments, conduct sexual recidivism assessments, and facilitate group therapy for sexual offenders. Your clinical expertise is vital for maintaining the ethical standards set by CPA and NSBEP while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and enhance treatment program activities
• Conduct sexual recidivism risk assessments and utilize psychometric tests
• Participate in team meetings and serve as a clinical consultant
• Supervise students in the predoctoral internship program
• Maintain practice in accordance with established ethical guidelines
