Job Description: Proactive & reactive security patrols Majority of shift will be spent conducting exterior patrols Response to incidents Enforce site rules and regulations Report writing and note taking Daily shift reports Access Control Investigate routine incidents Additional Duties as Assigned Valid Security License for Ontario Valid Standard First Aid & CPR - Level C (from a WSIB-approved vendor) Able to stand for up to 6-8 hours per shift Able to complete extensive patrolling of site Fluent English communication (oral and written) required Must be able to provide certifications in Use of Force (UoF) and Management of Aggressive Behavior (MOAB) Applicants lacking these certifications can opt into Paladin's UoF/MOAB training program prior to their onboarding training to ensure they meet the requirements of the positi...
