Overview

We are looking for an HR Business Partner (HRBP) to support multiple businesses within the Helios Software Group. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a hands‑on environment and enjoys taking full ownership of HR execution — from recruiting to employee relations, performance management, and HR operations.

A key part of this role will be supporting businesses through post‑acquisition integration, including organizational changes, process alignment, and implementing strong HR foundations while maintaining a positive employee experience.

You will be the primary HR point of contact for your assigned businesses, partnering closely with leadership to support growth and drive execution.
