Partnerships and Alliance Manager

Role Overview

The Partnerships & Alliances Manager is the enterprise relationship owner at Lark. You manage Lark‘s most strategically important partner accounts — wealth firms, wealth management companies, mid and large-size stock brokers, and fintechs — from first commercial conversation through to a live, revenue-generating partnership.

This is not a business development role where you close a deal and hand it off. You own the full partner lifecycle: sourcing, commercial negotiation, onboarding coordination, activation, engagement, and growth. You are the person a CXO at a wealth management firm calls when they want to discuss expanding their LAMF offering, and you are the person who ensures their clients are actually transacting on Lark‘s platform after they go live.
