PARTS AND SERVICE ADVISOR FULL-TIME SEASONAL

Sunwest RV Centre is seeking a friendly, organized, customer focused Parts and Service Advisor to join our team for the busy season. This role supports both the Parts and Service departments by assisting customers, coordinating repair appointments, processing invoices, and ensuring technicians have the parts they need to complete their work efficiently. Key Responsibilities

Customer Service and Front Counter

• Answer incoming calls and assist walkin customers
• Schedule service appointments and coordinate customer checkins and pickups
• Provide parts information, pricing, and availability using manuals, reference materials and computer systems
• Upsell parts and labour when appropriate
• Ensure a positive customer experience through timely communication and accurate invoicing
