Full-time Parts Consultant

The primary goal of this position is to drive the sale of motorcycle parts and accessories while ensuring customer needs and expectations are met and dealt with on a timely basis; assist in the merchandizing and display of product for sale; assist in developing processes and procedures within the parts department; and maintain inter-relations with the other departments to assist in developing a proper team.

Primary Responsibilities

• Assist in meeting sales targets for the parts department
• Assist in keeping inventories at reasonable levels, track and develop min/max processes, programs to move old and obsolete inventory
• Assist in development of booking orders for parts and accessories as offered by the various manufacturers and suppliers
