Pastry and cold section chef position within Hovdestøylen, a high‑quality alpine destination. The role reports directly to the Head Chef and focuses on desserts, baking, and sweet flavors.
Work Assignments
Mice en place
Preparation of hot and cold food
Ensure that all guests have a very good dining experience
Ensure that the area is tidy and presentable
HACCP control
Contribute to a good atmosphere in the kitchen
General kitchen/dishwashing work
Wanted Qualifications
Good professional knowledge, preferably with a focus on pastry, desserts, and starters
Basic knowledge of Nordic and international cuisine
Experience from similar positions
High degree of flexibility to cope with rapid changes and decisions
Speak fluent Norwegian (or another Scandinavian language) and/or English
Benefit from a driving licence and car
Scope
Full‑time position throughout the year with work on weekends and holidays expected.
