Location: Primary site, Waitakere with occasional shifts at North Shore
Working Days: Monday to Friday no shift work!

About the Role
The Patient Care Assistant (PCA) position is a joint clerical reception and clinical support role. Reporting to the Charge Nurse Manager, a PCAs duties can vary day to day, depending on the needs of the department. This could include working on the front desk, working on specific administrative tasks, or providing general support to clinics. The PCA also works under the supervision of a Registered Nurse and/ or Registered Health Professionals to provide support and care to patients, with the overall goal of enhancing the patient experience.
