Summary Of Duties

Sunnybrook is seeking a Patient Care Manager (PCM) for its Cardiac Cath labs and Schulich Resource Team, reporting to the Operations Director of The Schulich Heart Program. The Patient Care Manager is responsible for providing strategic and operational leadership across a complex, high‑acuity cardiac procedural portfolio, including Cardiac Catheterization Labs, Electrophysiology (EP), and the Schulich Resource Team (SRT). The PCM oversees the day‑to‑day operations of six procedural labs and leads interprofessional teams including nurses, Patient Administrative Associates (PAAs), and Patient Support Personnel (PSPs), ensuring delivery of safe, efficient, high‑quality patient care aligned with the goals of the Schulich Heart Program.
