As a PCT, you’ll provide direct, hands-on care under RN supervision, helping patients through life-sustaining dialysis treatment.

Key schedule:
3-4 days a week
Float to all area diaysis units as needed
Hours are generally 4am to 5am to close from 10 - 14 hour days 
Schedule is set up 4 weeks in advance
Key Responsibilities
Deliver safe, hygienic, and compassionate dialysis care
Monitor patients before, during, and after treatment
Set up and maintain dialysis equipment
Record vital signs and patient data
Educate patients on treatment and kidney health
