Work Arrangement: Onsite.
Location: Bogotá, Colombia.
Employment Type: Indefinite term contract.
Shift: Monday to Friday, 9:00 – 6:00 EST.
Responsibilities
- Engage with patients through outbound calls to schedule appointments and follow up on treatments.
- Ensure accurate and timely appointment scheduling using tools such as Monday or Excel.
- Provide outstanding customer service by addressing patient inquiries and concerns.
- Build rapport and foster positive relationships with patients.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers and administrative staff to coordinate patient scheduling.
- Document and update patient information accurately in the system.
- Follow established protocols and guidelines for patient outreach and scheduling.
