A leading paving company in Alberta is seeking an experienced Paving Supervisor to oversee asphalt paving operations and supervise onsite teams. You will ensure adherence to safety standards and coordinate daily activities while providing training and development for crew members. The ideal candidate has over 5 years of supervisory experience in the asphalt industry and is knowledgeable in safety regulations. This full-time position may require travel and long hours on a 15 days on, 6 days off schedule.
