You have support.We ensure you have the resources and support you need to take care of your family and your physical and mental health with a competitive health insurance package.Main Responsibilities:Attend in-site meetingsUtilize the different tools to follow up the requisitions and provide a status to requestersAnswer emails & calls from suppliersCheck prices in the invoicesFollow up & track the progress from each Payment Resolution casesWork with other areas to solve Payment Resolution tickets.Download reports from the Finances/payment tools.Fill in the information and assign the SNOW requirements.Generate Excel reports for vendorsRequirements:Current Student in the last semestersof Systems Engineer, Industrial, eng Engineering, Finance, or Business AdministrationProficient in Microsoft Excel (Vlookup ́s, pivots, sorting data)Advanced English level.Microsoft Office.Availability to work from Monday to Friday from 7:30am to 3:30pm.RFC (Mandatory).
