Responsibilities
- Advise on Canadian payments laws and regulatory frameworks
- Support product development and recent business strategies

- Respond to regulatory and audit requests
Requirements
- Law degree (LLB or JD) and licensed in Ontario
- Minimum 10 years experience in financial services law
- Deep knowledge of payments and credit card regulations
- Fluency in translating legal insights into actionable guidance
- Familiarity with OSFI, Fintrac, and FCAC regulations
