Job Responsibilities

  • Ensure employees are paid accurately, on time, and in accordance with company policy and government regulations.
  • Analyze, audit, reconcile, and resolve complex payroll processing and employee payroll issues to ensure smooth payroll processing.
  • Ensure payroll reporting and payments are compliant with company policy, generally accepted accounting principles, and applicable regulations.
  • Research and interpret regulatory requirements and resolve tax, withholding, and garnishment issues for payroll processing.
  • Respond to auditing and regulatory inquiries.
  • Create standard operating procedures and respond to merger and acquisition activities.
  • Ensure time systems are compliant with company policy and government regulations.
  • Respond to and resolve employee and client inquiries.
