Take your payroll expertise to St. Francis Xavier University as a Payroll and Benefits Specialist. This full-time position requires on-site attendance and involves managing payroll and benefits.
You will play a key role in the People and Culture department, overseeing payroll administration and ensuring compliance with regulations. Responsibilities include training employees on HR technology and addressing payroll inquiries, all while delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure timely processing of bi-weekly payroll
• Build positive relationships with clients and colleagues
• Provide training on HR self-serve tools
• Manage HR data and reporting using UKG Pro
• Produce and balance monthly and year-end tax forms
Requirements:
• Diploma or degree in a relevant field
• Proven payroll experience in a multi-union environment
