S. company specializing in electrical contracting and public infrastructure projects, is looking for a Payroll & Compliance Coordinator to support certified payroll operations for union electrical construction projects in California. Process weekly payroll through Foundation software • Prepare and submit certified payroll reports • Support audits and compliance documentation • 2+ years of payroll experience (construction, trades, or union environments preferred) • Experience with payroll systems (Foundation, Quick Books, or similar) • Understanding of prevailing wage and union payroll compliance • Bilingual English/Spanish Private medical insurance • Law Benefits •
