**What's the role?**

We are seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Compliance Coordinator to ensure the integrity and accuracy of our HR systems and processes. This role is a unique blend of technical payroll administration and rigorous auditing. You will oversee superannuation compliance, system configurations, and complex reporting.

+ ER & Payroll Audits: Execute comprehensive audits on all payroll and ER-required datasets to ensure accuracy and legislative adherence.EBA/Award audit comparison to system configuration
+ Audit Management: Take full ownership of existing audit schedules, ensuring no lapse in oversight or data integrity.
