Payroll Manager

We are looking for an experienced Payroll Manager, the activities include, but not limited: Required education and competencies Leading the payroll team
End to end payroll processing.
Experience calculation / PTU, Aguinaldo, Teleworking, severance and settlements.
Responsible to ensure all salaries, deductions, and other payroll components are correct and complete
Overseeing each payroll run (ordinary, extraordinary as PTU, Aguinaldo, Teleworking, severance and settlements).
Reporting regularly to management (SLA and KPI’s)
Analyzing the payroll function for possible improvements
Control and reconciliation payroll system vs GL, tax base
Responsible for implementing process needed to further digitize payroll system.
Responsible to supervise and manage payslips (Tax authority)
Support and attention internal and external audits
Prime Risk calculation & SUA
Provide good level of service to the internal clients
