Southbridge Health Care LP owns and operates several long-term care and retirement Homes throughout many urban and rural areas of Ontario. We are currently seeking a full-time Payroll Processing Manager to oversee and execute full-cycle payroll operations within a Long-Term Care Home environment. This role leads a team of Payroll Analysts while remaining hands-on in payroll processing to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with Canadian payroll legislation and sector-specific requirements. The Manager plays a critical role during payroll “commit” periods, providing direct support to validate data, resolve issues, and ensure successful payroll completion in a high-volume, unionized healthcare setting.
