Position Summary

Payroll calculation for multiple companies within the Gowan Group. Advise employees on questions and inquiries. Work closely with Human Resources to provide payroll information.

Role Responsibilities

• Review of entries and exits: review and record incidents such as absences and tardiness.
• Employee registration: Register new employees in the payroll system with all required information.
• Pre-payroll: load payroll incidents into the payroll system such as piecework, overtime, commissions, calculation of child support, tardiness deductions, FONACOT, INFONAVIT, savings fund loans, car insurance, among others.
• Vacation bonuses: calculate vacation bonuses to be paid in the last biweekly payroll period of the month.
