Pc&l Sr Specialist 3&4

**Objective**
Ensure effective planning and scheduling for the operations and services area based on customer requirements and organizational objectives.
**Main Responsibilities**
- Ensure Safety in the shipping area through audits, correcting unsafe conditions, unsafe acts, accidents, etc.
- Ensure scoring in customer portals and compliance with customer-established standards.
- Ensure compliance with shipments to customers and internal shipments.
- Ensure correct documentation for customer and internal shipments.
- Reduce costs related to material movements.
- Plan at least 3 months ahead for the operations and services area.
- Ensure 3S in the shipping area.
- Ensure launch curves, planning, and packaging alternatives for new programs.
- Ensure product tracking and notify the organization in case of risks.
**Position Requirements**
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Chemical Administration Engineering, or related fields.
