Pediatric Hospitalist — Flexible Schedule, Sign-On

Pediatrician – Northern Arkansas Hospitalist/Traditional

We are seeking a Board‑eligible/Board‑certified Pediatrician to join our inpatient service as a hospitalist.

• Competitive salary with wRVU bonus.
• Hospitalist duty approximately 12 shifts per month or a mix of inpatient/outpatient (1:3 call for inpatient).
• Shared covering with two pediatricians.
• Monday‑Friday schedule with a half day off per week.
• Approximately 700 deliveries per year and a service population of 230,000.
