This board-eligible or certified pediatrician position is focused on traditional outpatient care, with light call responsibilities. You'll have the opportunity to assist with newborn services and enjoy a work-life balance that includes standard office hours and the consideration of a 4-day work week.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide outpatient pediatric services mainly in clinic
• Support inpatient and newborn services 7–8 days monthly
• Work standard office hours from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
• Explore alternate work-day models, such as a 4-day week
• Uphold a manageable 1:4 call schedule
Requirements:
• Board eligibility or certification in pediatrics
• Preparedness to adapt to EPIC EMR by Spring 2024
• Ability and willingness to handle occasional calls
