Under the general direction of the Manager, HR Research & Reporting, the People Analyst provides a broad range of support to specialized reporting and data automation initiatives impacting HR practices and policies across the University. The incumbent will be responsible for coordinating a wide range of complex reporting and data requests from stakeholders across the University.
Key initiatives include: (a) assisting with ad hoc requests for HR reports by querying and combining data from disparate sources including SAP ECC, SuccessFactors, and ServiceNow with a heavy emphasis on leveraging SpinifexIT for creating custom reports in SAP, (b) maintaining and updating the Division's data and reporting products, (c) deve...
