What You’ll Do
Culture & Engagement
- Support employee engagement initiatives such as surveys, feedback sessions, onboarding programs, and retention activities
- Plan and facilitate team‑building, volunteering, and site engagement activities
Employee Support & Relations
- Act as a first point of contact for salaried and hourly employees on HR‑related questions
- Conduct employee relations investigations and escalation of complex matters as needed
- Provide guidance on Canadian benefits and medical leave processes in collaboration with the Benefits team
Training & Development
- Manage LinkedIn Learning licenses and support continuous learning initiatives
- Coordinate and track mandatory workplace training
- Track quarterly and annual performance review documentation
HR Reporting & Analytics
- Generate HR reports and dashboards
